Title: Some Lack of Safety, Otherwise Good-ish
Review: 4 to 5 stars, depending on your expectations. There is no safety guard that swings into place, nor is there one the user can place over the exposed half of the blade. I *highly recommend* removing the battery **anytime** the item is not in use. Despite a 4" disc, a 'perpendicular cut' with this item will be just shy of 7/8" (22.2mm). Cuts well with a appropriate battery (a separate item). Blades come in a flimsy plastic bag that the blades begin to cut through even during gentle handling. I suggest users find a small plastic case for these.
