You’ll be based in Norway (Oslo).As our marketing strategies develop, we need someone who can progress our digital channels to contribute to company growth, brand awareness and customer loyalty.Working collaboratively with the digital marketing manager, content manager and brand specialist, you will be responsible for our digital channel strategy.With a strong knowledge of web, social media and SEO you will be the product owner of our platforms – planning, analysing and maintaining, all whilst using your innovative spirit to identify new technologies to improve our digital presence.Technically speaking…You have experience in an international environment, developing web strategy and building successful web development roadmaps.Your ambitious nature will drive you to set KPI’s and goals for our web and social media presence, with the desire to continuously improve.Using your analytical mindset, you will be motivated by data and use it to optimise our activity and insights.Knowledge of SEO, UI/UV web design and WordPress are also required.In personal terms…Working as part of a global team, you will be a strong collaborator, who can confidently present ideas and seek feedback.You will enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment and thrive on continuous change.Your ability to analyse data and make recommendations will be essential and ideally combined with a commercial mindset to understand global strategic goals.What does Shearwater offer you?
