Job description: We are looking for a proactive and engaged Executive Assistant to our CEO Supply Chain & Product Assurance, based in our headquarter at Høvik outside Oslo.

About the role
Coordination and planning of activities to ensure focus and efficient execution will be a vital part of your day-to-day activities. You will need to constantly prioritize incoming enquiries and tasks to shield and to facilitate an effective and efficient CEO workday. In the end, you ensure that the CEO is prepared and at the right place at the right time!
In this position, you will be exposed to, and collaborate with, a wide range of people from all levels of the DNV organization as well as external stakeholders. Through collaboration with colleagues around the world you will gain deep insight in the operation of our diverse organization.
In order to succeed in this role, you need to be organized, self-driven, stress resilient and agile. You like to work in an environment characterized by parallel tasks, complexity, unforeseen events and dynamic schedules. You pay attention to details while keeping the holistic view.
Last but not least, you are happy to take on new challenges while ensuring that repetitive tasks are handled with quality and efficiency.
Your responsibilities:

  • Administrative responsibility for the CEO’s office including scheduling and booking of meetings, management of invitations and coordination of calendars
  • Manage travel itineraries including visa process and expense claim
  • Organize internal and external events and dinners in close collaboration with the regional organization and the Marketing & Communication team
  • Prepare presentations and update regular reports
  • Establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Be a firm gatekeeper, who can handle confidential information, and be able to make good judgement decisions with excellent communication and tact

The position is based in our company headquarter in Høvik. The office is located beautifully close to the sea and can offer a wide variety of benefits like canteen, sport clubs with access to sailboats, kayaks, tennis court etc. It is also easily accessible through free shuttle buses to the office from both Sandvika and Skøyen station. DNV has company cabins and organizes many social events and happenings.
