Job description: I vinter åpner vi restaurant nummer tre i samme konsept, denne gangen på toppen av Hafjell og vi ser nå etter forsterkninger på Bekkestua.Som kjøkkensjef hos oss er du med og utvikler maten innenfor rammene av konseptet sammen med vår konsernkjøkkensjef.Du har fullt personalansvar for ala carte kjøkkenet samt pizzakjøkkenet. Vi lager god og autentisk mat som er tilpasset at vi er en nabolagsrestaurant med mange stamgjester.Vi forventer at du har god erfaring fra ala carte kjøkken samt personalledelse. Stillingen er operativ.We are seeking a new headchef to help shape the kitchen and run the ala carte section. The headchef also overse the pizzasection.As the headchef, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape future menus togheter with our group kitchen manager, inspire the kitchen staff, and delight our guests with authentic and innovative Italian dishes. Om arbeidsgiverenThe restaurant opened in april this year under the name Bocca Bekkestua. We have a 2 story restaurant with a great location in the heart of Bekkestua Senter. There are about 150 seats inside and 80 outside. With a well equiped bar, a la carte kitchen, pizza section and winebar all in a cozy environment where guests can feel at home. The subway runs directly here from Oslo and Bekkestua is the third stop outside the city limits, 17 minutes from Majorstua T-bane station.
