My belt gets caught on the seam along the back inside of the case. Is this normal?

This is only temporary. During the first few days of use, we recommend putting the case on your belt first, then inserting your Multi-Tool once the case is on your belt. Within a few days, the leather will form perfectly around your belt.

Why is my case so tight fitting around my Multi-Tool?

Depending on the shape of your Multi-Tool, some of our leather cases have a snug fit at first. Please allow a few days for your case to break in around your multi-tool for easy insertion and extraction.

Why doesn’t my case fit my Multi-Tool?

Please make sure that you are inserting your Multi-Tool correctly according to our user videos, that you are pushing your Multi-Tool all the way to the bottom of the case, and that you ordered the correct case for your specific Multi-Tool.

Will this case fit any additional bits?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not make a case to hold the additional bits for any Multi-Tools.

Why Rivets instead of stitching?

Stitching wears and frays with constant use. That same friction that wears stitching, polishes our solid brass rivets. Our riveted design is meant to ensure that our case lasts just as long as your tool, if not longer!

As with any PREMIUM leather good, your Multi Tool Case will be stiff and rigid at first
Our Leather is thick for durability. If you prefer, supple, thinner leather, please don’t buy.
Your Leatherman Multi Tool may fit snug at first. Please allow time for case AND belt loop to break in.
