Job description: As we experience exciting growth and an increase in international deliveries, we are looking to strengthen our Quality organization in Hvalstad with a new member, as our existing Quality Manger has transitioned into a new role within the company.The roleAs our Quality Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards. You will lead QA initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of quality excellence. Your responsibilities will include:· Take charge of all QA-related topics and issues, both externally and internally, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.· Proactively seek solutions to enable the company to meet its Quality Objectives.· Gain an overview of the quality of 3DP products and services.· Lead process changes across all departments in close cooperation with department leaders to meet quality standards and secure an effective and lean organization.· Maintain 3D perception’s ISO9001 certification through certifications, audits and management reviews.· Be the main responsible for the Quality Management system (SIMPLI).· Keep the management team updated on the QA situation.· Serve as the company Verneleder/Safety coordinator, ensuring company systems are in compliance with OSHA and HMS regulations.Skills required· Certification in Quality Management or other relevant certifications.· Structured with an eye for detail.· Proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.· Excellent at collaborating across all levels and departments within the organization.· Strong communications skills.· Fluent in English, both oral and written.Personal characteristics· Determined and innovative.· Solid organizational and interpersonal skills.· Well structured, energetic and forward-looking.· Attention to critical detail and multitasking skills.3D perception offers· Competitive employment terms.· A positive and innovative working environment.· Professional and personal development with challenging work tasks.· A good work-life balanceThe position is located in Hvalstad.Some travel, both domestic and international, is expected.Ready to Make an Impact?
