Title: Works great, poor packaging
Review: I have coarse, medium hair with natural, loose curls/waves. The product works amazing in humid climate for soft, curl control without making my hair feel heavy or looking greasy. The nozzle design works well as a delivery system to produce a fine mist. The packaging, however, is awkward to hold for my small hands. It is too tall and wide with a very slick surface. Picture that in a steamy bathroom... Makes for a slippery scenario with definite potential for product waste.

Title: Bring your curls out of the 90s with Dream Coat!
Review: This has completely changed my curly hair life! It has replaced my old curl cream, curling gel, and detangler all in one fell swoop. I have 3a/b high-porosity hair. I apply this to my hair after I pull it out of my microfiber towel (where I let it dry by about 30%). Section out the hair, saturate each section, and comb through (with my Bounce Curl brush). You can stop here and let your hair air dry to get beautiful curls with zero "crunch". I add the Color Wow Xtra Large Volumizer from roots to tips then diffuse with low heat. The combination gives me such volume and beautiful curls that look and feel natural. No stickiness, no crunchiness, and no flattening of the curls on the top layer due to the weight and volume of products.That is my wash day routine. On non-wash days, I mist the curls with water and 3-4 sprays of Dream coat throughout and use my fingers to detangle any curls that have clumped together overnight. Then I add a couple of pumps of Xtra Large to the roots and diffuse for a minute or two. If I'm going out, I'll add a couple of pumps of Pop and Lock Gloss for added sheen.Because I am using less product over all, I spend less money and I don't have to wash my hair as often. I also don't need to use a clarifying shampoo more than 2-3 times a month. How did I live this long without Dream Coat in my life??

Title: It works best if I add other products for hold - when I do that it does look really pretty
Review: I have never tried the "original" spray, just this one for curls. So I do not have that one for comparison. I only gave this 3 stars- I actually do like it a lot but do to the couple of drawbacks I have with it, I doubt I would by it again. I rarely, if ever, have had a curl enhancer that did not provide any sort of hold that actually kept definition in my hair. So I was a bit doubtful this would but I gave it a try anyway. Well, it does not keep it's definition AT ALL unless I have a good hold of some sort - gel, mousse, hair spray, etc. The first time I tried it, I wanted to test it without any hold. Things were going good and my curls actually looked super pretty. I took my dog for a walk and came back to super frizz and hardly any curl definition. I am not even exaggerating. It wasn't windy outside but there was a good amount of humidity, so I am sure that was the main reason - it's humid here more than not. Next time I tried the same but using a diffuser/dryer. Same thing happened. I have tried using it with a dryer and a round brush for large, smooth curls and that does look really nice but I don't want to always style my hair like that.Since those tries, I make sure to always use a really good hold. This spray does still make a difference in the appearance and curl definition, even though I add other product. In fact a really pretty shape and a lot of shine. I love the way it looks but I also find that I have to use a ton of it (I have very thick hair). So I started saving it only for times when I want my hair to look extra nice - like going out and such - since I cant afford to go through this quickly and buy it again so often. I may eventually get more if I want to have it for a special occasion or something but for the most part I will just use my regular curl product.Though, I am now intrigued to try the original spray for the times that I straighten my hair - so I plan to get that soon!

Title: LOVE IT!
Review: I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews. But this gets 5 stars for me!!! Finalllllllly found a good product for my fine/thin Irish curls!!! (My hair is more curly underneath, straight/frizzy on top) This stuff isn't heavy and doesn't weigh down my hair, yet still holds the curls and makes them soft and defined. It doesn't make my hair feel hard and crunchy. And I don't have to do much other than spray it in and air dry it!!! Then fluff the roots with my fingers after it's totally dry. There is little to no scent to it. I've tried at least 10 other curly hair gels, mousse, curl creams, sea salt sprays, etc. And always find something I don't like about them. I've used this for a week and have absolutely ZERO complaints so far. I towel dry a little bit, spray this in my hair, scrunch with extra water, then scrunch with a towel to get out the excess water. I use a diffuser on cool if I need to leave and don't have time to fully air dry. It takes less than 5 minutes. I usually just straighten my hair because it doesn't curl right. Now I can stop using heat on my hair every day and get it healthy again! My hair is usually greasy the next day and I have to wash it daily. Now I can wash every other day!Photos are air dried with gel/mousse on the left. Color WoW on the right. It went from wavy to more curly.

Title: Soft and Defined
Review: Love this product! My curls are soft and defined, with no need to "break the cast" once the hair is dry. The price is high, but even with everyday use, a bottle is lasting 6-8 weeks. I will be purchasing again!
