Title: Already Open! With NO USBC head!!!
Evaluate: This was delivered in a overwhelmed up field, which ought to have been my first lightbulb. The inexperienced tear seal was already damaged. After I pulled the charger out of the field, I seen the Velcro that retains the cable collectively was frayed and clearly used. Then I seemed on the usbc head however nothing was there (as proven within the image). Unacceptable.
