1. The 3.5mm TRS input port on the back is for connecting 3.5mm three-stage microphones and does not support 3.5mm headphones. Make sure that the charging handle has power when using a microphone.
2. The Osmo Action Multifunctional Charging Handle is not waterproof. Do not use it underwater.
3. While in use, attach the charging port protector and make sure that the USB-C port cover on the back of the charging handle is fully closed.
4. In camera modes that consume a lot of battery power, make sure the battery is installed securely to keep the camera running smoothly.

Title: Must-Have Grip and Power Combo for the Osmo Action 5 Pro
Review: Picked up the DJI Osmo Action Multifunctional Charging Handle for my Osmo Action 5 Pro, and it has completely changed how long and how comfortably filming sessions go. The built-in high-capacity battery gives me hours of extra runtime, so I’m not constantly swapping batteries or worrying about missing a shot halfway through an activity.The handle feels solid in the hand without being too heavy, and the added grip makes handheld footage more stable and easier to control. The integrated buttons are surprisingly handy for one-handed control, and the magnetic quick-release with the ball-joint lets me quickly adjust angles instead of fiddling with separate mounts.What really sold me is how many accessories it replaces: there is a 3.5 mm audio port for an external mic and a 1/4" thread for using it with a tripod or extra gear, so it works as a power bank, grip, and mini rig all in one. Title: Multifunctional, just as advertised!
Review: Love the functionality of this. I wish it was a little less expensive but I do think it’s still worth the price. Especially if you want extra battery when you’re out filming all day on trips.Something that isn’t mentioned enough about this is that it also serves as a tabletop tripod. It’s so easy to be filming handheld one moment, and then sit it down on a table to continue filming without missing a beat. I think my only complaint would be the angle of the tripod legs when you unfold them.The size of it is much bigger than the DJI Mini Tripod, but still small enough to fit in my sling bag that’s roughly only 1L of space.The buttons on the handle make it even easier to film with the action camera. In theory, the addition of the C (Custom) button will be great for anyone with custom shooting presets saved in their camera. I have one custom preset saved but when I press that button, all it does is switch between the front and back screens. I already have my QS button set to do that. That could just be user error, but it’s worth mentioning.Keep in mind, this does not extend like a selfie stick. But if you don’t have extra batteries for your camera, and don’t have a handle or tabletop tripod, this is a great way to kill 2-3 birds with one stone.

Title: Good battery life. No issues with heat or mounting.
Review: Able to film for hours at a time. So far it has made battery life of my Action 5 Pro 3x as long at least. No issues with overheating and mounting fit a normal photography light stand without issue. Fits the case of the Action 5 camera well and securely. So far I’ve been really pleased with the battery life and fit.

Review: Increíble !! Dura muchísimo la batería , lo único malo es el cable usb conectado de fábrica . Por qué hicieron eso ????? Si se llega a romper o descomponer el cable, tendrás que remplazar todo el dispositivo. Aunque es algo robusto no deja de ser algo de cuidado.Fuera de ese detalle . Todo es perfecto .

Review: No uso la cámara ya sin esta empuñadura, que también sirve como mini-trípode para hacer timelapses, por ejemplo. Tiene bastante batería para estar horas funcionando sin preocuparte de tener o no batería, además luego en un par de horas está cargada.

Review: Ho iniziato ad utilizzarlo adesso, al momento mi ci trovo molto bene, ha un'impugnatura comoda che non fa affaticare il braccio, a me serviva per avere una presa più salda sull'action cam e per stabilizzare la ripresa. Per l'utilizzo che ne faccio io, a livello di durata è veramente infinito, si riesce ad utilizzare tranquillamente per quasi una giornata senza cambiare batteria in condizioni di utilizzo continuo.

Takie, które pozwolą mi na podłączenie innych urządzeń np. audio interfejsu z profesjonalnym mikrofonami pojemnościowymi i dynamicznymi. Kamery DJI Osmo Action 4/5 mogą mieć znacznie szersze zastosowanie niż sądziłem. Bardzo udany zakup! Wszystkie opisane przez producenta funkcje działają bez żadnych problemów. Aplikacja DJI Mimo na smartfonie działa również prawidłowo.

Review: Bought to compliment our DJI Osmo 5 Pro. The perfect accessory that we needed. Allows charging of an Action Camera which extends the battery life alot. The size is perfect for using in hand and also for storing in cases. Functionally, it works perfect, with included buttons for recording and changing modes instead of having to touch the action camera itself. It's made of plastic but feels durable. Very easy to use and setup, pretty much plug and play.
