Title: Sturdy, Smooth, and Excellent Quality Exercise Bike
Review: I’m very impressed with the DMASUN exercise bike. It arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well, with all parts protected. Assembly was straightforward, and the bike feels solid and stable with its 330 lb capacity. The magnetic resistance is incredibly smooth and quiet, perfect for home workouts. I really like the comfortable seat cushion and the anti-loosening pedal design, which keeps everything secure during long rides. The digital display is easy to read, and the tablet holder is a nice bonus for watching videos while exercising. Overall, excellent quality and great value—I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

Title: Amazing Exercise Bike and an Even Better Gift!
Review: We got this exercise bike as a combined birthday and early Christmas gift for my brother, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. He absolutely loved it and gave us such great feedback after trying it out. The bike is sturdy, smooth, and surprisingly quiet. He said the ride feels comfortable, and the resistance levels are perfect for both light workouts and more intense sessions. It was easy to assemble and looks great in his home setup. Title: After using the bike for 8 months...
Review: UPDATE 8/19/21: I’ve done some rides with the replacement bike and am impressed with the improvements. For one- the seat is different and is MUCH more comfortable. I had to buy a seat pad for the original. Another is that this one is so incredibly quiet. No squeaks at any point during my rides no matter what the resistance. The original bike I got was not suited for my height (5’3”) but the new one sits closer to the handle bars so it’s a lot more comfortable and suitable for someone if a shorter stature. My only complaint is that the handle bars shift and move around and the water bottle holder broke immediately again. Overall I’m really happy!UPDATE 7/12/21: After writing my review, the company reached out multiple times to try and make right with the bike. I’m beyond impressed with how they handled the situation. Moved my rating from a 2-3 A new bike was sent to me the other day and I will be setting it up this week to give it a test. Stay tuned….I have had this bike for 8 months now and feel as though I can write a really solid review. Assembly was not a big deal and took about two hours. The seat wasn’t super comfortable but I bought a pad cover for it and it was totally fine. I love the space for the iPad and how easy it is to maneuver. It’s solid and sturdy but I can still move it easily. On average I would say I have been riding 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes at a time. After about a month I noticed a horrific squealing noise every time I get to a certain spot on the resistance. I haven’t done it yet, but could probably get some WD40 on it and check the screws and it may help. A few months ago I noticed I was having severe hip problems. My chiropractor said it was probably because of riding. Another friend whom I virtually cycle with asked where my adjustment was on my seat. Come to find out, during my rides, my seat kept slowly sliding back. No matter how many times I tightened and adjusted it, it just kept slipping back a few minutes into my ride causing my leg to extend too far in front of me and hurting my hip joint. And as of a few weeks ago, my knob is no longer working properly. I tighten it to get more restraint and it sometimes will just keep spinning. It’s pretty useless now but lasted me a little while. I wish I had spent more money on a better bike that would have lasted me longer and didn’t end up hurting my body.

Review: The pandemic has hit people so hard there were times when we wondered how life could resume to like it was before. In the fall, I came upon a good cardio website and worked out at home since my gym had to close down. This was my lifeline to mental health (endorphins), but without supervision I injured my knees again (used to play soccer) and had to seek physiotherapy. My practitioner recommended a DMASUN stationary bike as part of my rehab - a client of his loved it. I was priced out of the market for a Peloton and decided to treat myself with a more modest Christmas present.About a month in, I was riding for 30 minutes a day and averaging about 12KM on the simple to use digital read out. It became a basement fixture, and that meant I could enjoy some good tunes without ear buds. The ride was pretty smooth and I found I not only could catch up on texts to people, but I could also read the magazines I had paid a subscription for. This me-time was precious and using a simple manual toggle to increase resistance meant I worked up a better sweat and drank more water. My kid actually saw me looking pretty comfortable one day with the tray propping up my smart phone and magazine underneath, she started riding, too!This is when trouble popped up, and I don't mean arguments about taking turns. As part of our warm ups and cool downs, my daughter started riding in reverse. I thought this looked pretty cool, we adults can learn a lot from what's trending with ours kids and try to stay hip. However, I think this may have had something to do with the pedal loosening at the end of the crank set. The two of us mistakenly thought the bike was wobbly and suspected it was just an uneven part of the floor because we live in a pretty old house. The next thing we knew, that pedal came off and it wouldn't screw back in. We were oblivious of stripping the threads in the crank set.I had a neighbour pop over and take a look because he built his track bike from scratch (had parts shipped to his place separately), but he said unless I got a crank pull tool, there's no way I could repair and/ or replace the broken part. He advised to call around, which I did, but bike repair shops kept telling me they don't carry stationary bike parts, and it was best to contact the manufacturer directly assuming I had a warranty. Fortunately, my warranty was still valid but you know that sinking feeling you get (and the negativity of being stuck at home for two long) made think contacting DMASUN for a solution was a long shot.Left with few alternatives, I emailed DMASUN and explained what had happened. Look for the silver lining, folks because it's out there sometimes! "Nancy" worked patiently and promptly with me from afar. I supplied the pics and a lot shorter explanation of what had happened - LOL - and this DMASUN rep got clearance to send me a brand new stationary bike. The turn around time was terrific - 2 weeks - is a gift in itself, but when a company takes the approach that the customer is always right and delivers on the promise to make the customer happy - hey now!DMASUN is doing its best to blaze a trail and I am grateful. Whether or not they know it, some of us riders really depend on it for our physical AND mental wellbeing. It helped usher in a physical routine for my kid, too, and parents out there, you know what I'm saying! Sitting is the new smoking. Our kids gained weight that we adults never did because of these extreme circumstances. DMASUN has become a household name for us, will it for you? I'm not sure how the baby-stars features rating system affects the overall rating, but I'm saying the DMASUN experience gives me the confidence that DMASUN is playing for keeps.If you want to park your money with a company that takes client services seriously, then DMASUN is for you. Company products and services are not infallible, so the sooner companies address an issue and try to rectify it the more respect and loyalty they earn from their client base. Competition may drive a company to excel, but empathy for consumers defines a company's public standing. Hey, sometimes the world isn't such a cold and heartless place. Review: It's no Peloton, but great "bang" for the buck.I wasn't looking to spend thousands on exercise equipment that may end up not being used in the long run. I wanted something that was decent to hopefully get me encouraged to get healthier but not break the bank if it ended up sitting in a corner.I chose this model as there were many more total reviews on Amazon.ca than others such as Sunny and Chaoke. The reviews were overall excellent as well. At the time of my purchase in early July 2021 the bike sold for $375 CDN. I was really skeptical about the low price but the thousands of reviews and specs were good. Regular price was about $500 which is where I expected to spend. Unlike some other bikes in this price range on Amazon.ca, DMASUN bikes are not just sold on Amazon from some unknown supplier in China. These bikes appear to be available from various exercise stores/suppliers. Makes me think these bikes are from an actual exercise equipment supplier who has taken time and effort to design something decent. Not just a one off to dump into the Amazon market.The overall weight of the bike and the flywheel were heavier than others in the same price range which should mean the bike would be more solid, smooth and stable. My bike does have magnetic resistance (older purchasers seems to have friction). The system is belt drive.The bike came days earlier than expected and in very sturdy package. Individual components were nicely wrapped and packaged within.Overall the build quality appears solid and nice.Assembly was easy.The bike is very sturdy, solid and appears well made. Welded seams look good and parts appear to be of solid metal quality.The bike operates very smoothly and super quiet.There was a bit of a rocking to it but was easily corrected via the adjustment caps on the stands.The fit and finish is just ok. But I wasn't expecting too much. For example, decals were not straight or lifting off. Not a big deal to me.The handle bar post has a bit of a wobble as it is not rock solid in place. However, it doesn't feel like it's going to break or loosen or come off. I also have it set to the highest height setting, so the post is extended as far as it can go. This may be why it's not rock solid.The resistance has great range from no effort to really hard.Motion of the flywheel and crank are sooth as quiet.The bike is sturdy and solid to stand as you ride as well.Overall, it has a nice look.I am not keen on the toe clips and strap but those can be replaced easy enough.The seat is just ok. I have no problem with it but may want to upgrade.The monitor is pretty cheap but it does what it needs to to. Tells you time and speed and distance. I dont need any more. It also tells you heart rate which is pretty cool although I am not sure on the accuracy (via contacts on the handle bar and your palms).I am 5'9" and weight 200 lbs and have had no problems finding comfortable position settings for seat height, seat angle, distance of seat to handle bars, hand bar height. Although I wish the seat distance could get just a bit closer to the handle bars. I have the handle bars all the way up which can be of concern for someone taller. But, this position has me fairly upright whereas I think spin bike position is probably more leaned over. So maybe I just have the handlebars a bit high for my height.I don't plan to move it around but did test the wheels on the front stand. It moved very easily on the wheels with minimal effort but a bit awkward lifting the back end up and finding a good spot to hold it as I moved it.Over all, this bike really has good weight, build quality and smooth and quiet operation. For the $400 price range (give or take) it's great value.Only time will tell if it lasts. I plan on using it every day for 30 minutes. I'll add to this review in the near future.

Review: Bon...je mesure 5'8 165lbs...on s'entend c'est pas mal average comme gabarit...j'avais un vélo stationnaire Louis Garneau à chaîne et avec un système de frein à pad de laine (la grosse base) mais solide comme un chêne! Le seul problème c'est qu'il fesait beaucoup trop de bruit alors je me suis dis que j'allais le changer pour un plus silencieux.Je ne suis pas un cycliste mais un grand sportif , j'ai fais et donné des cours de spinning, travailler dans des gym, je suis kinesiologue dans la vie depuis 11 ans donc des vélos stationnaire j'en ai vue et entretenus une gang...Donc me voilà a magasiner mon vélo, j'avais plusieurs critères....1: résistance magnétique2: Pas de chaîne donc une courroie3: Un minimum d'ajustement parce que j'ai une flexibilité de pauvre4: Un prix raisonnableAprès avoir parcourue toutes les annonces sur marketplace j'en suis venu à la conclusion qu'un neuf sur amazone serait peut être un bon choix...alors me voilà avec le DMASUN celui qui me semblais le plus potable parmi les choix de vélo disponible.à première vue il est bien emballé et toute les pièces sont là, cependant il est beaucoup plus Léger que mon Louis Garneau.Tout est inclus pour le montage du vélo et il se monte en quelques minutes...le système de nivellement par rotation des roues est génial et simple mais en plastique pas super résistant donc pour le long terme on repassera.Je n'ai pas utilisé les pédales avec panier d'origine mais j'ai installé mon système de pédale à clip pour utiliser avec mes souliers de vélo et tout est compatible #1.Le siège est ajustable en hauteur et avant/arrière c'est super et solide, cependant le guidon ne s'ajuste qu'en hauteur et non avant/arrière ce qui rend la position moins confortable si on va chercher les poignées plus loins...les accessoires comme le porte bouteille, la tablette et le moniteur sont en plastique fragile... j'utilise une montre cardio donc plus fiable.C'est maintenant le temps de l'essayer... ma séance d'entraînement est programmé pour 45min avec des alternances de vitesse, résistance et position avec intervalles. Après les premiers coups de pédales déjà j'entends des bruit de frotemment de et couinement...vraiment fatiguant...ça commence bien le bike est neuf. Donc je démonte le cadre en plastique ( fragile) pour me rendre compte qu'il y a un plastique encore plus cheap qui sert à cacher la courroie et qui frotte sur la roue...je ne ni une ni deux et je te coupe ça au ciseaux! Ensuite je prend une bouteille de lubrifiant et je prend bien soin de lubrifier tout les engrenages pour enlever le foutu couinement et je remonte le tout.Le vélo est incroyablement silencieux, il va bien malgré qu'il couine encore...!! mais est-ce qu'il faut s'attendre à plus d'un vélo à 425$ canadien ? je ne crois pas...donc oui un bon petit vélo pour quelqun qui fait de l'entraînement maison mais pas pour les entraînement sérieux (préparation a une saison de vélo, cross training) et pour les gens de gros gabarits.Suite 28 Décembre: La compagnie m'a écrite suite à la problématique vécu et pour être honnête j'ai été surpris...tout d'abord la dame très gentille m'a demandé si j'avais réussi à trouver le problème, malheureusement pas encore...cependant j'étais très heureux de constater que la compagnie ma offert un dédomagement et très rapidement. Pas de niaisage. Ce qui m'a amené à modifier ma note car bien que j'ai eu une problématique, la compagnie a pris les devant et m'a contacter afin de rectifier la situation et s'assurer que je sois satisfait avec mon achat....bref impressionant service après vente, communication facile et rapide. Maintenant je vais travailler à régler le craquement et profiter de mon Velo!Vous pouvez acheter avec confiance

Review: Let me start by saying this review is listed by myself as a 5 star but I'll stress its really more like a 4.8 (see below).We purchased this bike to be used as a DIY Peloton. I purchased a Wahoo cadence sensor to attach to the pedal arm and for a fraction of the price we have a Peloton bike for all intents and purposes (you really only lose the designated 'resistance' and 'output' readings). For that purpose, it works phenomenal. The bike is extremely stable for sitting or standing, the pedals, though narrow, have cages that function perfectly (and they are standard pedals so you could replace with clipped Shimano's for $60 and have the same pedals as the Peloton). The seat is comfortable and supportive. The bike is very adjustable. It works equally well for my wife who is 5'6 as well as myself at 6'0. Though any taller the handle bars MIGHT be a little too short - depends on how you ride. The bike is SLIGHTLY too tall for my 5 year old to use it, so a minimum height of maybe 42" is probably a fair guess. As for noise - this thing is silent. The sound of your breathing is far louder than the silent flywheel spinning. I can't stress enough how quiet and stable this bike is - it's shocking at this price point. Just ensure you tighten the adjustment knobs when you adjust the seat pole and handle bars - keeping these loose will result in a little less stability and over time the rocking could cause the threads to warp resulting in a loss of stability permanently (this is no different than any other bike out there).The magnetic resistance is sufficient and easy to adjust. I've read in the comments that some prefer additional resistance and I believe there are ways to increase it by moving the bar - but I will say what it ships with is more than sufficient. At 100% resistance it is not going to 'prevent' you from pedalling but you really have to put your weight into it to get the pedal moving - and I'm 195lbs.We had some noise start to develop at extremely low RPM (still silent at riding speed) so I reached out to inquire if it was normal, Nancy at Dmasun responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and provided exceptional customer support and far exceeded our expectations. I can't stress this enough, absolutely phenomenal customer service.The reason for the loss of 0.2 stars? If I'm being totally transparent and honest, the bike computer for us, is cheap looking and realistically useless (as most exercise computers are). The heart rate works great and is accurate to our apple watch, but for us - the odometer, timer etc. is just not useful. Also its not super stable - though the bike is so stable it doesn't move. The ipad/iphone holder is also a cheap looking plastic plate. It works great, again because the bike is so stable, but its a detractor. It's just a little cheap looking. The water bottle holder uses standard mount points so you could install ANY bike water bottle holder so not taking points away for this, but it too is fairly cheap looking and definitely not the best water bottle holder I've ever used.Again - REALLY minor things that should NOT affect your decision to buy this bike. I HIGHLY recommend this bike. It's silent, stable and comfortable. I would suggest that at this price it definitely can not be beat. It is certainly better than the $1000 bikes you'll find in big box stores.

Review: Bike arrived defective. One of the base floor caps was cracked to the point it wouldn't stay on the base tune. but the biggest issue was the bearings in the flywheel were defective. The first few peddles on the bike and there was an audible knock that you could feel through the entire bike - even though the flywheel itself felt smooth. The overall quality of the bike felt very cheap, but had a decent design. I did contact Dmasun support and they were prompt with their reply and said they would take care of it, but I ended up returning the bike. If the bike didn't have the issue with the flywheel, we probably would have kept it - at least for longer than it took us to return it.Update: Nancy from Dmasun contacted me again about the bike again when I went to return it. She ended up sending me an entirely new bike. It arrived in less than a week from when she sent it. I assembled it same as before and the issues I had with the first bike were not present. I did a 25min spin on the bike to test it out...The good:The bike feels very smooth, and basically silent. The resistance has a good range with a very high top resistance. The bike feels very stable and has decent adjustability. The seat is decent for comfort and the pedals have cages - both of these items could be changed as well. The bike will certainly do what the wife and I wanted it for - The days were you don't feel like going to the gym and just want to do some cardio or get yourself moving. And finally, the service from Dmasun: Not too many companies go out of their way to insure their customers are happy with their purchase. Nancy was very prompt with her emails, and made it a goal to get us set straight!The not so good:The handle bars are not a good design. They are small for big hands, the tablet holder blocks the center part of the bars, and the under part of the bars cause you to hit your forearms. The stem for the handle bars also moves in the frame tube, but isn't too bad. The computer is very basic, and does not give cadence but rather a speed which I think is mph? Also the heart beat sensor is completely inaccurate (fitbit had me at 120ish, and the bike bounced from 60-70bpm).Again, this is not a "high-end" bike and you get what you pay for, however I think it is definitely worth it's price, and is a great option to get someone started in their fitness goals at home! I originally had this at two stars, but changed to four - two for value/bang for the buck, and two for the service provided by Dmasun.
