Troubleshooting

Can't charge/won't turn on or doesn't light up?

1.Please fully charge the item first, or use another data cable to check again.

2.If you don't use it often, please charge it once a month.

Product wifi connection does not work?

1.If other Wi-Fi coverage area is strong, the product signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try.

2. Confirm whether there are other cell phones connecting to the product WiFi, or whether the cell phone opens the permission of the App to connect to the abnormal WiFi.

App display abnormality/(lens blur/black screen)?

1.Please make sure whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to the abnormal WiFi.

2. Please uninstall and reinstall to check and make sure you choose the right APP.

3.Please wipe the lens of the product with a dry towel.

Title: BEST PURCHASE EVER!
Review: A couple of weeks ago, I was cleaning my ear with a cotton swab and suddenly lost my hearing. I tried using ear drops constantly, but things only got worse until I completely lost hearing in my left ear.As a last resort, I decided to buy this product. I have been purchasing items on Amazon for many years, and without exaggeration, this is by far the best purchase I have ever made. It allowed me to clean the inside of my ear very easily and effectively, and I was finally able to hear again.This product is absolutely amazing. I would recommend it without hesitation and would buy it a million times if I could. Thank you so much!

Title: Easy to use, takes a little practice, works great
Review: I'm not going to include any photos because there are many other reviewers that did. But little ear camera is a game changer. It does take a little bit of getting used to, as other reviewers said, but if you move slowly and don't get frustrated it works great. The little scoop on the end will pick up a minimal amount of wax buildup or you can remove it and use one of the tools.Please note, when you are using the tools that are provided, which are very helpful, you cannot see what you are doing. You will have to put them in your ear canal and try to remove what you can and then go back in with the camera.The tools and the camera are very easy to clean and I just store everything back in the packaging that it came in. It is lightweight and small enough that I can stick it in a drawer for when I need it. It charged quickly and appears to hold a charge pretty well.You do need to download their app in order to look at the camera but you can do it in real time holding your phone. I also like that you can use it anywhere. Obviously if you are cleaning a bunch of gunk out of your ear you probably want to be in your bathroom but if you just needed to look inside for a moment you can do it from the comfort of your couch or your bed. It makes it feel less clinical.I bought this because I was having crackling in my ears and wasn't sure what was going on and this thing was a game changer to help me clean them myself so that I didn't have to visit the doctor. So much less stress.

Title: Amazing Camera Quality
Review: Amazing product!!Camer quality is so good that I can see all my pores. The only thing I would change is the length of the tip. I never really thought about how much hair ears actually have and it is a serious challenge to maneuver the camera around it without going to deep and hurting the inside of my ears. Also there's the fear of poking my ear drums.I learned that my ears are very clear. I had hoped that something was blocking and being the source of the pain in my left ear, but instead I saw read inflamed skin. I basically gave myself a cheap ear exam (compared to what a doctor would chatge) and I also used a personal remedy to soothe the irritation. Caster oil! I squeezed some into my ear at night and plugged my ear with a cotton ball to prevent it leaking out. Photos included!! I only did this a few times under two weeks and the results show!Since I don't need this device to clean my ears so much, I used it to examine my ears overall, if I have clogged pores, check the back of my ears. Even occasionally take a closer look at my scalp because why not? LOL Seems perfect for checking areas that a mirror can't help with!

Title: Wasn't sure about this, but it’s worth every penny.
Review: After a recent visit to Urgent Care, the Nurse Practitioner mentioned I had some earwax buildup. I decided to hop on Amazon to find a solution, and I'm so glad I landed on the LEIPUT Ear Wax Removal Tool. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this device is truly worth every penny. It took me only a few seconds to download the app and connect the unit to my iPhone. The instructions were clear and straightforward.The 1080P camera is impressive. As I carefully inserted the tool into my ear canal, the buildup was sitting right there, crystal clear on my screen. Being able to see exactly what I was doing made all the difference.I have used other tools to fish blindly in my ear, always trying to figure out where that buildup was. This takes care of that problem. It was awesome to use the camera to guide my hand and nudge it out. Within just 2 minutes, I had both ears thoroughly cleaned out. My only recommendation is that if the wax is too stubborn, try after a shower, so the steam and hot water soften it.
